Dalcross brings Gordon Conolly's 20 years' hands on experience in successfully implementing HR policies to improve staff retention e.g. a track record of under 2% senior staff turnover throughout the 1990's.

Staff Retention
Our approach is initially to investigate current practices and retention performance and then advise on appropriate strategies.
Dalcross particularly recommends using its services to interview key staff with the aim of establishing their concerns and career issues and enable a proactive approach to be determined.

Career Management and Development
Career Mentoring Services for individuals is a new Dalcross service commenced in 2010 as a result of candidate recognition in our placement work with Quadrant Management Solutions.

We also provide client support by providing separate Career Discussion workshops for managers and staff.
